These Terms & Conditions govern your use of this website and your purchase of any product from it. Please read them before you place an order. By browsing this site, adding items to your cart or placing an order, you accept these terms.
1. Who you are buying from
This store is operated by Ryolite, an Indian manufacturer of torches, batteries and lighting products, selling directly to customers and taking bulk and dealer bookings.

Throughout these terms, “we”, “us” and “Ryolite” mean the business described above. “You” means the person placing the order.
2. Accepting these terms
Placing an order means you have read and agreed to these Terms & Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy, Refund & Returns Policy and Shipping & Delivery Policy. If you do not agree with any part of them, please do not place an order.
You confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or that you are using the site with the involvement of a parent or guardian, and that the details you give us at checkout are true and complete.
3. Prices and GST
All prices on this website are shown in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of GST, in the usual Indian MRP style. The price you see on the product page is the price of the goods; delivery charges, where they apply, are shown separately at checkout before you pay. Our Shipping & Delivery Policy explains when delivery is charged.
A GST invoice is issued for every order. If you need the invoice raised against a business, enter your GSTIN at checkout — we cannot add or change a GSTIN after the invoice has been generated.
Prices, product specifications and offers may change at any time without notice. A change in price does not affect an order we have already accepted.
4. Orders, acceptance and cancellation
Your order is an offer to buy. It is not accepted until we send you an order confirmation and the goods are dispatched. Until that point, no contract exists between us.
We may refuse or cancel an order, in whole or in part, including after payment, in situations such as:
- the item is out of stock or has been discontinued;
- a price, image or description was published in error;
- the delivery address is outside the areas we serve, or is incomplete or unreachable;
- we cannot verify the contact details given, or the order appears fraudulent;
- the quantity ordered is clearly for resale where a retail order was placed — bulk and dealer requirements should go through our bulk booking process.
If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we refund the full amount you paid. The refund follows the method and timelines in our Refund & Returns Policy.
You may ask us to cancel an order before it is dispatched by contacting us on +91 89567 13745 or contact@ryolite.in. Once an order has been handed to the courier it cannot be cancelled, but it may still be returned under our Refund & Returns Policy.
5. Payment
We accept payment by UPI, debit and credit cards and net banking through our payment gateway, Razorpay, and we offer Cash on Delivery on eligible orders and addresses. Card and bank details are entered on the gateway’s own secure pages — we never see or store them. Cash on Delivery may not be available for every pincode, every product or every order value.
6. Product images, descriptions and warranty
Product photographs, illustrations and colours on this site are indicative. They are shot under studio lighting and displayed on screens that vary, so the shade, finish and apparent size of a product may differ slightly from the photograph. Accessories or props shown in a photograph are not included unless they are listed in the product description.
We aim to describe every product accurately, including its specifications, battery type and pack contents. If a product you receive does not match its description, tell us within the return window and we will put it right.
Warranty, where offered, is exactly as stated on the individual product page or in the warranty card supplied in the box, and only for that period and those terms. Warranty covers manufacturing defects. It does not cover normal wear, consumable items such as disposable cells, physical damage, water damage where the product is not rated for it, or any product that has been opened, modified or repaired by anyone other than us. To make a warranty claim, contact us with your order number and a description of the fault.
7. How you may use this site
The content of this site — text, product photography, logos, the Ryolite name and mark, and page design — belongs to us and may not be copied, republished or used commercially without our written permission.
You agree not to use this site to place fraudulent orders, to interfere with its operation or security, or to extract data from it by automated means.
8. Limitation of liability
We are responsible for supplying products that match their description and are of satisfactory quality, and nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or other Indian law that cannot be excluded by agreement.
Beyond that, and to the extent Indian law allows, our total liability for any claim connected to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss — for example loss of profit, loss of use, or costs arising from a delivery delay caused by the courier, weather, strikes, civil disruption or any other event outside our reasonable control.
Our products must be used as intended and as described in the instructions supplied. Batteries in particular must not be short-circuited, punctured, incinerated, immersed or charged with an incompatible charger. We are not liable for injury or damage caused by misuse, by use with incompatible equipment, or by ignoring the safety instructions supplied with the product.
9. Bulk and dealer orders
Bulk and dealer bookings placed through our booking page are enquiries, not confirmed orders. Quantities, prices, taxes, lead times and payment terms for those orders are agreed separately in writing, and those agreed terms take precedence over these Terms & Conditions where they differ.
10. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with them, or with any order placed on this site, is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Pune, Maharashtra.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time — for example when we change our payment methods, delivery arrangements or product range. The current version is always the one published on this page, and the “Last updated” date at the top tells you when it last changed. Changes take effect when they are published, and the terms that apply to your order are the ones in force on the day you placed it. We recommend you read this page before each purchase.
